What's happening
in your agency
right now.

Five situations you recognize — and that CheckmyWP solves.

01

A client reopened a closed ticket by mistake. You didn't dare bill the 3 wasted hours.

One client opens a ticket by email, another via WhatsApp, a third replies to an old email. Each channel is a place where a ticket can disappear. And when it happens, you're always the one paying.

1 in 5 clients
leave silently
02

You have a €350/month client. You spent 12h on them this month. You're working for €29/hour.

Without time tracking connected to your contracts, you price your retainers on intuition. Some clients are profitable. Others cost you money. You don't know which is which.

03

Your contract says "4-hour response time". Nobody checks if it's respected.

SLAs pass, nobody gets alerted. One day, the client renews elsewhere — without giving you the real reason.

Risk of contractual
penalties
04

Your client's site went down at 3am. They called you at 9am. You learned about the outage at the same time they did.

When your client is the one informing you their site is returning 404, you've already lost the credibility it takes months to build.

6h detection
without monitoring
05

You paid for Freshdesk for 8 months. Your team kept using Gmail.

A tool your team doesn't use is a tool that doesn't exist. Generic tools aren't designed for 5-person agencies — they're designed for 100+ teams.

One tool.
All connected.

No more copying and pasting between tools that ignore each other. Support, projects, contracts, time, monitoring — in the same place, connected together.

01🎫

Never lose a client ticket again

SLAs configured per contract, alerts before breach, priority by criticality. Your team knows what to handle first — without opening Gmail.

02⏱️

Know if your retainers are profitable

Timer per ticket or project, monthly report per client. Compare time spent to price charged — no Excel export needed.

03📊

WordPress projects connected to support

Tasks, day rate budget — linked to your tickets. Client opens a ticket on an ongoing project? Everything's already in the same context.

04Soon🔌

Your clients open tickets from WordPress

The plugin installs on the client's site. They create a ticket from their WP admin. Zero friction. Your competitors can't do that.

05🟢

Learn about downtime before your client

Monitoring every minute. Instant alert. 30-day history. When your client calls, you've already acted.

06📋

Stop unbilled hours

Contracts, included quotas, renewal alerts. You know when a client has consumed 80% of their monthly retainer.

07🔔

The right alert at the right time

22 notification types. SLA at risk, expiring contract, site down. Only what matters to your team.

08🧡

Detect clients about to leave

Dormancy alert signals accounts with no activity for X days. Don't let another client leave silently.

09🗂️

Centralized client media library

Deliverables, screenshots, documents — by client, by category. No more attachments in 40 email threads.

10📝

Never lose meeting notes again

Meeting minutes integrated with projects. Date, participants, decisions made — all in the same place as your tasks and time tracking.

11🩺

Automated WordPress health audits

SSL, security headers, REST API exposure, XML-RPC, debug.log, mixed content, SEO, GDPR compliance — 20+ checks per site. Critical score? A ticket is automatically created and assigned to the support referent.

12🚀

PageSpeed performance tracking

Lighthouse scores tracked over time. Performance, accessibility, SEO, best practices — with alerts when a score drops. Prove your value to clients with data.

CheckmyWP is built for you if...

// Yes, it's for you

You manage 10 to 80 WordPress sites for clients who pay you every month — without a clear view of all these sites at a glance.

You have clients on maintenance retainers but you don't know if these retainers are profitable because you don't track time per client.

You're between 2 and 20 people and when someone goes on vacation, their clients' tickets fall into a void.

You have clients who "take a lot of time" — but you can't prove it with numbers.

You want your clients to be able to open a ticket without texting you — because a portal looks more professional.

// Not for you if...

You're a 100+ person enterprise with a formalized ITIL process. Get Jira.

You only do one-off sites without recurring client relationships.

WordPress represents less than 50% of your business.

You're looking for a 10-minute setup tool. CheckmyWP requires 2-3h of setup.

What you'll actually pay

Your situation Active clients Users Monthly price
WordPress freelancer 8 clients 1 24€/mo
Small agency with maintenance retainers 20 clients 3 60€/mo
6-person agency, stable portfolio 35 clients 6 105€/mo
Growing agency, 8+ people 50 clients 8 150€/mo
Large agency, multi-brand 100 clients 15 300€/mo

What counts as a "client"?

A client = an active client record in CheckmyWP. Regardless of how many sites they have (unlimited). You pay per client, not per site.

Users are really unlimited?

Yes. Add your whole team — managers, techs, interns. No per-seat pricing. Your cost depends only on how many clients you manage.

What if I remove a client?

Your bill drops immediately. 30 clients one month, 25 the next — you pay 75€ instead of 90€. No commitment.

Will the price go up after beta?

Not for you. Beta users lock in 3€/client for life. Post-launch pricing may increase, but your rate never changes.

Why is it so much cheaper than Zendesk?

Zendesk charges $60/agent/month. For 8 people = $480/month, and you only get tickets. CheckmyWP: 8 people + 30 clients = 90€/month, everything included.

Is there a minimum?

No minimum number of clients. You can start with 1 client at 3€/month. The platform grows with you.

How is it different?

CheckmyWP vs ManageWP?

ManageWP manages your WP sites technically. CheckmyWP manages your WP agency commercially — support, contracts, time, profitability. Complementary.

Why not Zendesk?

Zendesk doesn't know WordPress, doesn't do time tracking, and costs $60/agent/month. 8 people = $480/month. CheckmyWP replaces 5+ tools at a fraction of the cost — with unlimited users.

I use WP Umbrella, isn't that enough?

WP Umbrella monitors your sites. CheckmyWP monitors your sites AND manages your clients, contracts and profitability. WP Umbrella integration is available.

Beta = unstable?

The platform has been running in production for several months on real agencies. "Beta" means restricted circle before public launch.
